This looks great. I do, however, see a few things that I would have done differently. (And by a few, I actually mean a few this time).

The headpiece is my main annoyance. It looks like it just came from nowhere. In the future I'd suggest having it go over the hair before going under, just to get that point across.

The face's airbrushing is a little awkward. This is mostly just with the eyes, nose, and lips. Everything is just so shiny... and the lips are so dull. It makes them stand out- and not in a good way. Her nose has some highlights where there should be little to none. Maybe fade out a little more on your next similar occasion?
The eyes are also just a little too deep of a light blue. They look like they should be lighter, to go with the piece. I dunno, maybe it's just me.

And I'm just a bit curious- is there a backstory to this manipulation? 'Cause at the moment she does not require oxygen to live.

I halfway think (being a SciFi nerd) that there should be a window behind her, thus enclosing her in a space ship.

Now for the good stuff.

I really love the background. It's just so... surreal. I especially enjoy the moon/planet thing. It's amazing.
The miniature replica of Earth is also amazing. I love it!

The hair is done extremely well, as is the ribbon in it.

Amazing. I'm not the best when it comes to airbrushing, so I understand just how hard it can be.
