Mainly the clown. I saw this stocks for many times and thought that the stock itself was too good to make a manip with it. But you learned me a better way. It's an awesome style you give her. Something between comic and realism. I like mainly the glossy effects you set on hat and dress. But also the make-up is a eye-catcher. It looks very painted like and not so much photo anymore and so mainly her eyes looks so comic styled for me. It's a great transformation.
To the setting. To be hontest, I don't like 3d elements, even when I look now and than to DAZ. So please don't be mad on me, because I cannot handle very good with this in my critique. It's just a personal thing. I like the ground, she lies and the puppet is a very nice moment. This part fits very well together, because the ground is so dark and have the same contrast level. Also the pumpkin with the very sweet cat is nice with this spooky light and gives the picture a second eye-catcher, after you have looked at her. Only the background..perhaps you could have shown more moonlight on her, because it should comes directly from behind her, but the light now comes only from the front side. But the bloody hands are a very nice moment here. Give the image a dramatical touch. It's a wonderful work, dear! And you have shown great skills in transforming into painted style.
